Workshop Refund Policy

• A refund will be issued in the case of a medial emergency (reason).
• A refund will be issued in the event of a death in your family.
• A refund will be issued if the instructor cancels
• A refund will be issued if you get a paid substitute for your paid spot.

If you need to cancel for any other reason and there is a waiting list, you must handle the situation as follows:

Contact the workshop chair to get a persons name and phone number from the waiting list. You must then contact this person, (she will pay you) and then you notify the workshop chair that this person is taking your place. In the event there is not waiting list, and you cannot find anyone to buy your place, your money will be donated to the guild education fund, or possibly donated to a member within the guild who may have been unable to afford the class otherwise. Please speak to the guild president or workshop char person with all of your questions.
