Quilt Fest 2012 Registration Form and Instructions
Click the link above to download 2012 Quilt Fest Registration Form and instructions for completing the form. Each item you wish to enter in the show will require it’s own registration form. Please read the instructions carefully for information concerning categories and preparation of your items for the show. Photos of your entries will be taken at the Sunday, March 4, 2012 meeting. FULLY COMPLETED registration forms must accompany your item that day. The information you provide on the registration form will be used to print the information cards that are displayed on the day of the quilt show and for the quilt show booklet.
If you are unable to attend that meeting or if you prefer, you may submit two copies of a full-view photo of your item. Each registered item must have two full-view photos. You can also email completed forms (note: you will have to print, sign and scan each form so we have your signature) and photos to Debbie Lohman (dlohman@comcast.net) before the March 4th meeting.
The Registration form is a fillable PDF form that should be readable by any pdf reader application. Adobe.com offers a free reader on their website. If you have multiple items you can click the “reset form” button and all the information, except for your name and address, will be erased. Be sure to print each form before resetting. If you have any difficulties with accessing the file please contact Debbie Lohman.
All quilts must have a sleeve on the back in order to properly hang the quilts in the show. What if you have never sewn a quilt sleeve before? Click on one of the links below for easy instructions in making temporary or permant sleeves.
